Job Description

TenderHearted Home Care is currently seeking a dependable, compassionate Care Professional to provide in-home care for a client in the Troutman, NC area.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Start Time: After 1:00 PM
Hours: 2.45 hours per day
Total: Approximately 7.35 hours per week
Job Type: Part-Time / PRN

Responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment
• Meal preparation as needed
• Companionship and general client support
• Following the client's established plan of care
• Communicating any changes or concerns to the appropriate TenderHearted Home Care staff
• Providing dependable, professional, and compassionate care

Qualifications:

• Dependable and able to consistently work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons
• Compassionate and comfortable working one-on-one with clients in their homes
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow a plan of care and company policies
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred
