What they need
Do you want a job where you can make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and get out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day?

Every day looks a little different. One day you might be helping someone learn a new life skill, and the next you could be enjoying a trip to the zoo, exploring local parks, participating in community events, visiting museums, or helping individuals discover new interests and experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support adults with disabilities in a fun, engaging day program environment
- Teach social, communication, and independent living skills
- Assist with personal care and daily routines as needed
- Plan and participate in community outings and activities, including trips to the zoo, Exploration Place, parks, libraries, restaurants, community events, and more
- Encourage individuals to explore interests, build confidence, and connect with their community
- Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals
This is hands-on, meaningful work that combines caregiving, mentoring, community involvement, and plenty of opportunities to have fun while making a lasting impact.
