We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care plans.
• Support medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and medication protocols.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary.
• Provide patient transfer assistance using manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks.
• Document patient observations, care activities, and communication with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or in senior care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes.
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and home health practices.
• Familiarity with patient monitoring tools including vital signs measurement and patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks confidently.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
