We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CareGivers to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. As a CareGiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication administration, and updating care plans accordingly
• Support residents with mobility using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols such as HIPAA regulations
• Provide emotional support through active listening, companionship, and effective client communication
• Assist with transportation needs for appointments or community outings, ensuring safety during transfers and travel

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support, or senior care is highly desirable
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer’s and memory care), and hospice or home health experience is preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as medication administration or HIPAA compliance are a plus
• Familiarity with patient monitoring tools, care plans, and assisted living procedures enhances your ability to deliver quality care
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely using proper manual handling techniques; experience working with Hoyer lifts is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Demonstrated ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation in accordance with health standards

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
