Caregivers Needed!!!

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, assessing condition changes, and reporting findings accurately
• Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition
• Operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques to ensure safe mobility
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring environment
• Assist with patient transportation within facilities or community outings using personal transportation assistance
• Follow established care plans for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or other neurodevelopmental disabilities
• Document patient observations, care activities, and incident reports meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards

Skills

• Proven experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments
• Strong knowledge of patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs accurately
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining resident confidentiality at all times
• Experience providing dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care or hospice support
• Ability to perform patient personal care assistance safely and effectively
• Skilled in medication administration and understanding of care plans tailored to individual needs
• Knowledge of patient transfer methods including Hoyer lifts and manual handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling protocols
• First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued
• Competence in assisting with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Strong organizational skills for documenting care activities accurately and timely

Pay: $23.86 - $28.74 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
