Caregiving Course Trainer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CAREGIVING TRAINER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Must be a holder of Caregiving NCII
• Has undergone Training on Training Methodology II
• Has undergone Training in Facilitating eLearning Session

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop instructional plan to include current trends and updates in practice relevant to Caregiving course
• Utilize appropriate teaching strategies and learning resources to meet learning objectives
• Utilize different teaching methodologies and learning activities to stimulate and suit student needs, participation, interest and ability
• Evaluate student performance
• Give regular feedback to students regarding academic performance. Maintain and submit student academic performance records
• Demonstrate atmosphere for continuous learning
• Evaluate effectiveness of teaching strategies and attainment of course objectives
• Carry out Co or Extra-Curricular responsibilities
