Caregiving Position - Evening Shift Part-time

Caregiver for our Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Shard Villa Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team.

This position provides quality care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and assistance to residents with daily needs
• Responding to resident call bells and ensuring resident safety and comfort
• Assisting with meals, dining support, and kitchen-related tasks as needed
• Participating in activities and engaging with residents
• Supporting a positive, respectful, and caring atmosphere
• Documenting care and communicating resident needs to the team
• Willingness to learn medication assistance/medication administration under the guidance and training of our RN (if interested)

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must be compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to provide respectful care to older adults

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
