What they need
The CareOps Agent handles SOS and HELP incidents, contacts subjects, caregivers, or local contacts, assesses situations, coordinates emergency assistance, and ensures timely resolution or escalation as per approved procedures.
Required Candidate profile
Min 1 yr of call centre Exp.
Willing to work 12-hrs rotational shifts, including nights, weekends,holidays
Any degree with fluency in English, Tamil,Hindi
Must have a personal laptop & stable internet
