Job Title: Care Worker

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to employ a carer for a 24/7 support package. You will be rostered 1 day on and 3 days off, depending on how many hours/days you require.

You will be paid your standard hourly rate, and a sleep night rate of £70 from the hours of 11pm and 8am per 24 hour period

• Provide personal care and support.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as full training and support will be given
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures
• Proficiency in English is required
• Possession of a car is preferred but not essential
