Perth Care Partners is a small, locally run organisation providing personalised, in-home support to older adults across Perth. We’re passionate about helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

We’re currently seeking a caring and reliable Casual Carer/Support Worker, ideally based South of River or Easter Suburbs, to join our team.

This role would suit someone looking for flexible casual shifts and who is comfortable travelling to different client locations across the Perth metropolitan area.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting clients in their homes South of the River & Eastern Suburbs.

Client locations may include areas such as Gosnells, High Wycombe, Helena Valley, Morley, Bayswater and surrounding suburbs, depending on client needs.

Hours may be limited initially as you build your client base; however, we currently have shifts available in Gosnells and Bayswater, primarily involving personal care and domestic assistance.

A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client locations are essential for this role.

• Social support and companionship
• Personal care assistance
• Light domestic assistance

• Medication prompts and support

Requirements – You Must Have

• Current First Aid and Manual Handling certificates (within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
• Your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• A full, valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel to different client locations across the Perth metro area

Preferred (But Not Essential)

• Previous experience in home care or aged care

Full training and ongoing support provided to the right candidates.

Pay: $43.03 – $45.29 per hour
