Live-In Property Caretaker

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and responsible Live-In Property Caretaker to reside in a vacant property and help ensure it remains secure and well maintained.

This is a live-in position, and the successful applicant will be required to stay at the property for the duration of the placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reside at the property full-time.
• Ensure the property remains secure and report any issues immediately.
• Conduct basic housekeeping to keep the property clean and tidy.
• Allow access for authorised contractors or inspections when required.
• Report maintenance issues or suspicious activity promptly.
• Follow all property management guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to live at the property on a full-time basis.
• Good communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous caretaking, security, or property management experience is beneficial but not essential.
