Cargo Loading Specialist

In this hands-on role, you'll safely load, unload, and organize freight while helping ensure accurate, on-time shipments. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure freight for safe transportation
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing items
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training available)
• Organize loading docks and warehouse storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and shipping documentation
• Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to meet shipping schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, freight, or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Forklift experience or certification is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends

Pay: $22.24 - $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
