Cargo Operation Agent

As we prepare for our exciting launch in Sydney, we are looking for Cargo Operation Agent who is ready to help build our local presence from the ground up. How You'll Contribute

• Be responsible for export/import airline operation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Head Office, Port Authorities, and Civil Aviation Authorities.
• Manage ULD and accessories stock control.
• Supervise and manage Road Feeder Services (RFS): Monitor the truck service quality and punctuality, and ensure efficient, compliant cargo connection between air and road.
• Perform daily cargo operational activities.
• Handle cargo irregularities and customer complaints.
• Assist Branch office and Taiwan HQ with initial cargo setup in Sydney and support internal and external communication and coordination.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong multitasking, communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess full working rights in Australia.

It's what else matters

• Language: Proficient in English. Familiar with Mandarin is highly regarded.
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in cargo related industry.
• Valid Driving license is a plus.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Certification is highly preferred.
