Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Software Engineer, SAP Consultant, Technical Consultant, Platform Engineer, or DevOps professional who wants to combine technical depth, troubleshooting, cloud technologies, automation, and SAP platform operations in a fast-growing global environment.

Unlike traditional software development roles, this position is focused on DevOps, platform operations, customer onboarding support, provisioning, automation, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provision SAP landscapes and tenants.
• Support customer onboarding activities and environment setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning and environment-related issues.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve technical incidents.
• Support engineering teams by removing operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployment automation and release management processes.
• Support platform operations across the SAP Procurement ecosystem.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams across Brazil, India, and the United States.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments.
• Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and landscape management.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, and Jenkins.
• Experience with deployment automation and source code management.
• Previous background in software development, with an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative global environments.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in automation, continuous improvement, and learning within the SAP ecosystem.
• Availability to support teams operating within US business hours.
