CARGO VAN DELIVERY DRIVER

Blue Arrow Logistics is expanding and looking for dependable Cargo Van Drivers to join our delivery team.

We operate throughout the Greater Atlanta market and surrounding communities, with routes extending up to 75 miles from Atlanta.

This position is ideal for someone who owns a cargo van or large-capacity SUV, enjoys working independently, and is looking for consistent delivery opportunities.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENT — READ BEFORE APPLYING

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CARGO VAN OR SUV WITH COMPARABLE CARGO CAPACITY TO APPLY.

Your vehicle must be:

• Reliable and capable of completing daily routes
• Large enough to safely accommodate assigned package volume
• Clean and presentable
• Properly insured and registered
• Available for commercial delivery work

Cars and small vehicles will not qualify for this position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Blue Arrow Logistics driver, you will be responsible for picking up, transporting, organizing, and delivering packages throughout your assigned service area.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Picking up packages from our Smyrna-area warehouse at approximately 7:30 AM
• Loading and organizing your vehicle
• Following your assigned route
• Delivering packages safely and efficiently
• Using a smartphone and delivery application to manage your route
• Providing accurate delivery confirmations
• Communicating with dispatch/management when issues arise
• Properly handling packages that cannot be delivered
• Maintaining professional customer service throughout the route

You are responsible for your route from pickup through completion.

SERVICE AREA

Our delivery territory can extend up to approximately 75 miles from Atlanta.

Routes and delivery locations will change daily. You should be comfortable traveling outside your immediate neighborhood and working in different markets.

• Atlanta
• Brookhaven
• Newnan
• Palmetto
• Alpharetta
• Gainesville
• Rome
• Stone Mountain
• Roswell
• Johns Creek
• McDonough
• LaGrange
• Lawrenceville
• Carrollton
• Marietta
• Other surrounding communities

If you are only interested in driving a specific local area, this may not be the right position for you.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Warehouse Pickup approximately 7:30 AM

Drivers must be able to consistently arrive on time and be ready to begin their route.

Some weekend Availability

Minimum Requirement: 2 weekends per month.

Weekend availability is an important part of our operation.

Flexibility

Routes, package counts, and delivery areas can vary from day to day.

We need drivers who can adapt.

COMPENSATION

Competitive route-based compensation.

Compensation may vary based on factors including:

• Route
• Package volume
• Service area
• Route requirements
• Overall route difficulty

Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

No-call/no-shows, repeated lateness, and last-minute cancellations are not compatible with this position.

• You cannot consistently make a 7:30 AM warehouse pickup
• You cannot travel outside your immediate area
• You cannot work at least 2 weekends per month

• You have a history of frequent no-shows or unreliable attendance
