Cargo Delivery Operator — Stuart FL

Location: Stuart, FL
Start Date: November 12, 2026 (Seasonal) - January 2, 2027
Schedule: 7-day delivery routes
Pay:

• Cargo Van: $165 per day
• SUV: $80 per day
• Payment: Weekly after initial 3-week payment hold

About the Position

We are seeking reliable and professional Cargo Delivery Operators to service scheduled delivery routes in the Stuart, Florida area.

This position is ideal for dependable individuals who have their own vehicle, are comfortable driving daily routes, and can provide consistent and professional delivery service.

Compensation

Cargo Van Operators — $165/day

SUV Operators — $80/day

Payments are guaranteed for completed and accepted routes according to the terms of the service agreement.

There will be an initial 3-week payment hold for new operators. Following the initial hold period, payments will be issued weekly according to the agreed payment schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Cargo Van: Must be properly registered and insured for delivery/commercial use as required by applicable law and the applicable insurance policy.
• SUV: Must be properly registered and insured.
• Must provide current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
• Must have a reliable smartphone with cellular data.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned routes.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Must have a clean driving record appropriate for the position.
• Must be dependable and able to complete assigned 7-day routes.
• Must be able to safely load, transport, and deliver packages.
• Must maintain professional communication with dispatch/management and customers.
• Must be able to follow delivery procedures and use required delivery technology/apps.

Vehicle Requirements Cargo Van — $165/day

Cargo vans must:

• Be in safe operating condition.
• Be properly registered.
• Carry valid insurance appropriate for the vehicle's intended delivery use.
• Have sufficient cargo capacity for assigned routes.
• Be clean and presentable.
• Have working doors, lights, tires, brakes, and other required safety equipment.
• Be available for the full duration of assigned routes.

Proof of insurance and registration will be required before beginning work.

SUV — $80/day

SUVs must:

• Be in safe operating condition.
• Be properly registered and insured.
• Have sufficient cargo space for the assigned route.
• Be clean and presentable.
• Have working safety equipment and be maintained in roadworthy condition.

Smartphone Requirement

A reliable smartphone with active cellular service is required.

Operators may be required to use a delivery/route-management application to:

• Receive route information
• Navigate routes
• Confirm deliveries
• Upload delivery documentation
• Communicate with the company or dispatch
• Provide delivery status updates

Background & Driving Screening

All applicants are subject to screening before being approved for the position.

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Background check
• Driving record verification
• Vehicle documentation verification
• Insurance verification

Applicants with disqualifying criminal history, driving violations, or other issues that prevent them from meeting customer, insurance, safety, or contractual requirements may not be approved.

Route Commitment

This position involves 7-day delivery routes.

Applicants must understand that accepting an assigned route requires reliable availability and consistent completion of the route throughout the agreed service period.

Operators are expected to:

• Arrive prepared for each assigned route.
• Complete assigned deliveries within the required timeframe.
• Properly handle packages.
• Follow delivery instructions.
• Communicate promptly regarding delays, vehicle issues, accidents, or other route-related problems.
• Maintain professional conduct while representing the delivery operation.

Payment Terms

The compensation structure is:

Cargo Van: $165 per completed day
SUV: $80 per completed day

There is a 3-week initial payment hold for new operators. After the initial three-week period, payments will transition to a weekly payment schedule in accordance with the service/payment agreement.

Payment is contingent upon completion of the agreed route requirements and compliance with applicable delivery procedures.

Selected applicants must provide any documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, including:

• Government-issued driver's license
• Vehicle registration
• Current proof of insurance
• Vehicle information
• Background-check authorization
• Driving-record authorization, where applicable
• Completed onboarding documentation
• Tax/payment documentation applicable to the worker's classification
• Signed service or employment agreement, as applicable
