Overview

CG Logistics LLC is seeking reliable Cargo Van Owner-Operators for dedicated last-mile delivery routes in the Maryland area. We are expanding our delivery operations and looking for professional drivers with their own cargo vans who take pride in dependable service, safe driving, and completing deliveries on time.

We have two upcoming route opportunities with start dates of November 1,2026, and Drivers will handle approximately 50–100 packages per route day, depending on the assigned lane.

Compensation: $200 per completed route day.

This is an independent contractor opportunity for qualified operators who provide their own vehicle and cover their own fuel and vehicle operating expenses. Route schedules, payment terms, vehicle requirements, and onboarding details will be confirmed before assignment.

Route Responsibilities

● Pick up assigned packages from the designated distribution or pickup location.

● Deliver approximately 50–100 packages per route day throughout the assigned service area.

● Follow route instructions, delivery procedures, and customer requirements.

● Provide proof of delivery and status updates when required.

● Communicate promptly regarding delays, delivery exceptions, or other route issues.

● Handle packages safely and professionally.

● Maintain reliable attendance and complete accepted route assignments.

● Follow applicable traffic laws and delivery safety requirements.

Vehicle Requirements

Applicants must own and provide their own qualifying vehicle:

● Cargo van

● Mini cargo van with sufficient capacity for the assigned route

● Sprinter-style cargo van

Vehicles must be reliable, clean, properly registered, appropriately insured, and capable of handling the assigned package volume. Drivers must provide any vehicle and insurance documentation required for the route.

Qualifications

● Valid driver’s license.

● Reliable personal cargo van.

● Previous courier, last-mile delivery, or route-driving experience preferred.

● Dependable communication and time management.

● Ability to organize and deliver multiple packages accurately.

● Professional customer service and safe driving habits.

● Ability to meet the agreed route schedule consistently.

Compensation and Expenses

● $200 per completed route day.

● Contractors provide their own vehicle and are responsible for fuel and their own vehicle operating costs.

● Payment frequency and processing timelines will be provided in writing before the route begins.

● Route availability and daily package counts may vary according to the assigned contract.

Available Start Dates

Route 1: November 1,2026
