Carpark Assistant

About the role

Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Austin Heights Group, is an established property development and property management company involved in residential, commercial, and hospitality operations. We are seeking a Carpark Attendant to join our team and support our parking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor parking operations and handle parking payment systems
• Assist customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
• Work independently and maintain punctuality and responsibility

About you

• At least SPM or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Prior experience as a carpark attendant or in customer service is an advantage
• Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
• Willing to work shift (Day Night rotate) for 12 hours per day
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Preferably residing in Johor Bahru Area
