What they need
Canal Pointe, community association in West Windsor, is currently recruiting for a skilled carpenter with 10+ years' experience to join an existing maintenance team.
The job entails primarily wood trim and siding replacement on the exteriors of the homes, but candidate is expected to possess other general maintenance experience to include repairs to the common elements as needed.
A. Must be able to work on extension ladders up to 3-story buildings.
B. Must have their own battery and hand tools.
C. Employee must be available for emergencies during off hours and would share this responsibility with co-workers.
D. The Maintenance employee should be able to prioritize maintenance request orders.
E. Employee must be willing to work as a team.
Hours of Work: 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
