Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable General Operative to join our property maintenance team. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs including doors, fittings, and general fixes
• Basic electrical maintenance such as replacing fixtures, switches, and sockets
• Plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, and minor fixture replacements
• General property upkeep and preventative maintenance
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks
• Strong knowledge of tools and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail
• Good communication and time‑management skills
• Valid driver’s licence

• Additional Pay: Overtime
• Bonus Scheme: Paid twice a year
