Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals interested in building a career in carpentry, while contributing to daily job site operations. The Carpenters Apprentice will work under the supervision of experienced carpenters and foreman to gain practical skills and knowledge in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with measuring, cutting, installing, and assembling wood and composite building materials

-Provide support with framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks

-Perform site preparation and cleanup, including loading, unloading, and staging materials

-Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization

-Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools (Training provided, as necessary)

-Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines

-Comply with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices

-Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

-Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

-Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices (preferred, but not required)

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

-Reliable transportation to and from job sites

-High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required)

-Demonstrate integrity, punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork skills

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
