Carpenter Apprentice

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Carpenter's Assistant to support our team of skilled professionals. In this role, the candidate will contribute to various construction projects and assist senior carpenters across all phases of operations.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist carpenters in constructing and repairing structural elements, including buildings, walls, and roofing systems.
• Accurately measure and cut construction materials, including lumber, drywall, and insulation.
• Transport required tools, equipment, and materials to designated work sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and properly service tools and equipment.
• Strictly adhere to established safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a carpentry or construction environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution.
• Physical stamina and capability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team structure.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
