• Learn and perform carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, siding, cabinetry, repairs, and other related construction activities.
• Support daily jobsite operations by following direction from the Lead Carpenter, Project Manager, and other experienced team members.
• Assist with material management by picking up, staging, organizing, and preparing materials and tools needed for daily production.
• Work collaboratively with the team while learning industry best practices, proper construction techniques, and quality workmanship standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following company safety policies and jobsite procedures.
• Develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience.

What You Bring

• 6 months of real carpentry experience—you have done work around the house, practiced skills in a certification or school, or at least 6-months, entry level into the industry.
• Customer‑first communication—professional, honest, and steady under pressure
• A team‑oriented, group‑minded attitude

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent lifting, climbing, kneeling, and tight‑space work
• Indoor/outdoor environments in all weather

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
