Karratha Building Company is a locally owned builder delivering refurbishment, maintenance, civil and general construction works across the Pilbara.

This is a local Karratha role — no FIFO and no relocation allowance provided. Ideal for someone who wants steady work.

The Role

Be a part our facilities management & operational maintenance team. Supporting our key customers in municipal, education & utilities.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Minimum 2 years experience
• WA Driver’s Licence & White Card
• Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
• Able to pass drug & alcohol screening
• Reliable, detail-focused and a good communicator
• Proof of right to work in Australia

Desirable:

Forklift/EWP & high-risk tickets, remote work experience.
