Job Title: Carpenter

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry, joinery, installation, repair, and maintenance work according to project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other related materials.
• Carry out carpentry works for doors, frames, cabinets, furniture, partitions, ceilings, and other wooden structures.
• Perform repair, maintenance, and modification of existing wooden installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and according to required quality standards.
• Inspect finished work and correct any defects or irregularities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow company health, safety, and site regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Good knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction/project sites.
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety requirements is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI, vocational, or other relevant carpentry training/certification.
• Relevant UAE/GCC work experience.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, interior works, or construction is an advantage.
