Deck Builder / Carpenter

K7W Deck Builder is hiring an experienced Deck Builder / Carpenter to join our growing team.

Carpentry experience is required. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship.

Pay

• Starting at $35/hour
• Up to $40/hour, based on experience in carpentry, construction, or deck building

Job Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and install decks, pergolas, and other outdoor structures
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and composite materials
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with customers when arriving at and leaving the job site

Requirements

• Previous carpentry or deck-building experience is required
• Personal tools and equipment
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
