From our Cromwell facility, we design, manufacture and deliver architecturally designed, high-performance homes using advanced European building systems. Our team works in a structured off-site manufacturing environment, building homes with greater accuracy, efficiency and quality than traditional construction methods allow.

About the Role

You’ll help manufacture, transport and install high-performance homes throughout the lower South Island while working alongside a team committed to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to help shape systems, improve processes and contribute to the future growth of the business.

You are:

·        A qualified carpenter with solid industry experience

·        Proud of producing high-quality work

·        Organised, practical and solutions-focused

·        A strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed

·        Committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement
