Carpenter

• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other construction materials.
• Build and install doors, windows, frames, cabinets, walls, ceilings, and other wooden structures.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry work.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely.
• Inspect materials and completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Repair and maintain existing wooden structures and fixtures.
• Follow building codes, safety procedures, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other construction workers.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Estimate materials and minimize material waste.
• Report any construction issues, defects, or required repairs to the supervisor.
