Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on a construction site. The will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute trim carpentry and frame carpentry tasks with precision
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes
• Participate in fabrication tasks for various construction components
• Conduct roofing, siding, and cabinet installation activities
• Handle heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction tasks
• Support remodeling efforts including flooring installation and tile laying
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractor crews on plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and metal stud framing projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the residential construction, remodeling and/or related fields is preferred
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capacity for physical labor including heavy lifting as required by job duties
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
