We are seeking motivated individuals for  Carpenter  roles, ranging in experience from Carpenter Apprentice to Red Seal Carpenter, to join our team in a busy indoor production environment. These roles operate in a fast-paced environment and offer strong work-life balance through a 4-day work week with guaranteed full-time hours.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and building components
• Construct and install interior structural elements and finish components
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What you will need:

• Strong understanding of carpentry methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• 2+ years experience working within carpentry
• Block 1 (or more) of Carpentry and/or Red Seal certification
