You will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, safety, and efficiency. Duties

• Erect metal buildings and install structural framing using steel studs, wood, or other materials according to schematics and blueprints
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work to create durable foundations and surfaces
• Install rebar reinforcement in concrete structures following safety standards and engineering specifications
• Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation for aesthetic and structural purposes
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, roofing, drywall installation, and remodeling activities
• Conduct welding, carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, plastering, and woodworking tasks with precision
• Manage or assist with construction site logistics, including heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
• Support remodeling projects by performing demolition, restoration work, or new installations as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and during heavy lifting operations

Skills

• Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles for coordinating multiple trades effectively
• Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, roofing, siding, and stucco application
• Skilled in welding, carpentry (including frame carpentry and trim), drywall installation, and woodworking
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes used on construction sites
• Excellent understanding of safety standards related to construction site activities and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools essential for various construction tasks
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding work while maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of restoration techniques for renovation projects across residential or commercial properties
