Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
• Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed
• Install siding, drywall, painting and other exterior or interior building materials with precision
• Conduct woodworking tasks including framing, cabinetry, or custom woodwork projects
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials like welding equipment or working at heights

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and related trades
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
• Knowledge of drywall installation, doors, frames, steel studs, ceiling tiles, painting and siding application
• Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
