In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing structures with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to cut and assemble materials precisely.
• Erect metal buildings and framing structures using metal studs, lumber, and other materials while adhering to safety standards.
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create solid foundations and structures.
• Install drywall, stucco, siding, trim carpentry, and perform remodeling tasks to enhance building interiors and exteriors.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for cutting, drilling, lifting, and assembling materials on-site.
• Collaborate with construction managers and team members to interpret technical drawings and ensure project specifications are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry or related trades.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, levels, and tape measures.
• Knowledge of metal building erection, masonry techniques, welding processes, and drywall installation is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
• Strong understanding of dimensional measurements, framing techniques (including metal stud framing), and construction safety protocols.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise craftsmanship.

Pay: $26.05 - $28.00 per hour
