In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
• Construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements using wood, concrete forms, drywall, siding, and other materials.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks with precision.
• Perform concrete finishing and forming to create durable foundations and structures.
• Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes according to project specifications.
• Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or fixtures.
• Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to support various phases of construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, concrete forming, drywall installation, siding application, and concrete finishing.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Familiarity with the use of heavy machinery for construction purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing complex plans.
• Construction experience across residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
