Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to building durable, high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, and other materials with precision using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures.
• Erect metal buildings and framing structures according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and plastering to prepare surfaces for final finishes.
• Execute masonry work including stucco application and restoration projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate tasks, adhere to schedules, and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Assist in remodeling projects by trimming carpentry, framing renovations, and working with various materials like wood and metal studs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in metal building erection, framing, masonry, or restoration work.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and interpreting technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; as well as measuring devices like tape measures for precise dimensional measurements.
• Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming techniques, concrete finishing processes, and welding is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during tasks such as metal stud framing or drywall installation.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and experience working on diverse construction sites is essential.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications.
