Carpenter

McGraw Construction, a Grand Rapids MI commercial general contractor since 1989, seeks a skilled Carpenter to join our small crew field staff. Ideal candidate will be able to provide references. Work ranges from interior renovations to new construction on small to mid size commercial projects. Applicant must be able to work with care and thought to quality, be professional and work safely.

Although not required to be proficient at all listed operations, applicants must be able to skillfully complete a majority of the below :

• Millwork and detailed finish carpentry work.
• Installation of Frames, doors and hardware
• Interior Light gauge steel stud framing
• Acoustical ceilings
• Siding installation/Exterior Trim
• Bath and other accessory installation
• Sheathing, Wood blocking and support systems
• Occasional light demolition of interior partitions, flooring and ceilings
• Occasional light and minor masonry repairs/rework as necessary
• Occasional light and minor flooring
• Occasional finish painting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
