The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated carpenter/ renovator to join our team. You will be working on a variety of residential renovation projects, both independently and alongside a small crew.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone with the required experience, someone who shows up consistently, and wants to be part of a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential renovation work including framing, drywall, trim, and finishing
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients on site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of site plans, punch lists, and renovations processes.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Own basic hand tools (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in carpentry/ renovations work.
• A valid G class license
• Proficiency in using power tools required to complete projects.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in residential environments.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions

Preferred

• Experience with tiling, flooring, or cabinetry
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• Experience in customer-facing roles / team leadership
