We’re looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you’ll bring plans and visions to life through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. You’ll work on a wide range of residential projects — from fine trim and cabinetry to framing and custom renovations — all while upholding Andrew Roby’s reputation for quality and care.

• You have 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including finish and trim work
• You’re confident reading blueprints, layouts, and project plans

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom finish work on residential projects
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensuring work meets company quality standards and local building codes
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Assisting superintendents with scheduling, materials, and project coordination
• Representing Andrew Roby with professionalism and pride in every client interaction
