Job Summary

Responsible for fabricating, assembling, modifying, and repairing custom wooden pallets and wooden moulds to support the production, storage, and transportation of polymer concrete pipe products. Ensure all work is completed according to quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom wooden pallets according to product dimensions and handling requirements.
• Repair, modify, and maintain wooden pallets to ensure safe storage and transportation of finished products.
• Customize, repair, and maintain wooden moulds and related wooden structures used in operations.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber materials using hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed pallets and moulds to ensure durability, functionality, and compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials to minimize wastage and control costs.
• Maintain carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment in good working condition.
• Support production and logistics activities related to pallet preparation and product dispatch.
• Adhere to company safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and work instructions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, woodworking, pallet fabrication, or a related field.
• Experience in custom wooden pallet fabrication is an added advantage.
• Skilled in operating carpentry hand tools and power tools safely.
• Able to read measurements and perform basic calculations accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
