About us
Reynolds Construction Co. is a growing carpentry business based in Adelaide's south. We specialise in two areas: outdoor living (decks, pergolas and feature walls) and second fix carpentry (feature ceilings, feature cladding and standard second fix). We take pride in quality finishes, clean sites and doing the job properly the first time.

We're a small, close crew, and we're looking for an experienced qualified carpenter to step into a senior role on site, working directly with the owner and helping train our apprentices.

The role

• Building decks, pergolas and outdoor structures from set-out through to finish
• Second fix work including feature ceilings, cladding, doors, skirting and architraves
• Feature cladding and eaves
• Working alongside apprentices and helping them build their skills
• Running jobs on site to a high standard with minimal supervision
• Keeping sites clean, safe and compliant

What you'll need

• Trade qualification in carpentry (Cert III)
• Solid experience in decking and/or second fix
• White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Your own hand tools
• A good eye for detail and pride in your finish
• Patience and a willingness to teach
