• Job Description:

  • To carry out maintenance and repair works for the interior and exterior finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, walls, floors, doors, and other facilities within the Serviced Apartment
  • Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
  • 負責服務式住宅內外部裝修飾面、傢俱、裝置、設備、牆身、地板、門及其他設施的維修及保養工作
  • 執行日常檢查及預防性保養，確保所有設備及設施運作正常、安全及有效
  • 執行上級指派的其他工作。

  Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with carpentry works, furniture repair, interior and exterior fitting-out maintenance.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must hold a valid Safety Card
  • 熟悉木工工程、傢俱維修及住宅內外部裝修保養工作。
  • 最少五年以上相關工作經驗，曾於酒店工作為佳
  • 良好的溝通技巧及人際關係
  • 需持有有效平安卡
