Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, concrete forming, restoration, siding, and carpentry. This role involves working on diverse projects that require proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and welding. The will play a vital role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Construct and install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing, and handle restoration tasks as needed
• Install siding, perform carpentry work, and execute woodworking projects with precision
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely to support various construction activities
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, cutting, assembling, and finishing tasks
• Conduct welding operations to join metal components securely
• Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project requirements
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and concrete forming techniques
• Experience with restoration projects and siding installation
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, and concrete finishing processes
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
