Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic Upholstery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for making designers visions come true, customizing chairs, sofa, ottoman, desk, bed's etc. and using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will help bring customers visions to life, ensuring safety, quality, and durability on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on your own to produce custom furniture. . Duties

• Read and interpret detailed plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Engage in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and install building materials.
• Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Experience

• Drawings for accurate project execution.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools including saws, drills, welders, measuring tapes, and other essential equipment.
• Strong understanding plans combined with basic math skills for dimensional measurements and calculations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship on diverse construction sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 per week
