About the Role

Union Developers is looking for a skilled and hardworking Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality carpentry work on construction and development projects while following company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and woodwork on construction projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden materials.
• Construct and install doors, frames, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, and other woodwork.
• Read and work from drawings, plans, and measurements.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete repairs, finishing, and installation work as required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably in construction or property development.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for construction work.
• Relevant trade certification or formal training is an advantage.
