We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who shares those values and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in what it builds.

The Role

This is a hands-on position for a skilled, well-rounded carpenter who understands residential construction and takes ownership of their work.

You’ll work directly with the owner and our team on a variety of residential projects, contributing across multiple phases of construction. We’re looking for someone who can work independently when needed, collaborate with other trades, think through problems, and consistently produce quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry across multiple phases of remodeling and renovation projects.
• Complete framing, interior trim, door and window installation, custom cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry.
• Assist with demolition, layout, blocking, backing, and general construction as project needs require.
• Read and interpret plans, dimensions, and construction details.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately, with an understanding of proper tolerances and finished appearance.
• Identify potential problems, think through solutions, and communicate issues before they become larger concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites..
• Protect existing finishes and completed work throughout the construction process.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your work and see tasks through to completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential carpentry, remodeling, or renovation.
• Strong practical carpentry skills and a solid understanding of residential construction.
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and recognize when to ask questions.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, organized, and professional, with good communication skills.
• Pride in your work, respect for clients’ homes, and consideration for the people you work alongside.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever needed on a project.

We’re not looking for someone who simply checks tasks off a list. We’re looking for a carpenter who cares about how the work is done and understands the difference quality makes in the finished product.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
