Responsibilities

• Lead metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and safety protocols
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Install rebar and manage concrete pouring processes for various projects
• Execute masonry work including stucco, siding, plastering, and framing carpentry
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities
• Manage construction site activities such as roofing, siding installation, remodeling, and trim carpentry
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while maintaining safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or carpentry projects
• Demonstrated ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools efficiently
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
• Experience in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, or remodeling is highly desirable
• Familiarity with construction management practices and safety protocols on active sites
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
• Prior work involving restoration or specialized trades such as welding or woodworking is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
