Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Carpenter. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality carpentry work across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, construction, with hands-on experience in multiple disciplines. This position requires a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and skill.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Conduct fabrication work including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
• Carry out roofing, siding, flooring installation, and remodeling projects.
• Demonstrate maintenance person experience by addressing miscellaneous repair tasks across job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction and carpentry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Familiarity with various construction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the construction field while contributing to meaningful projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
