About the Role

CITICORE Interior Design is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience to join our production and fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and joinery works in the workshop and at project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, accurate measurements, and proper installation in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry and joinery works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and measurements.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install cabinets, wardrobes, doors, counters, wall panels, partitions, furniture, and other custom joinery items.
• Carry out cutting, fitting, installation, adjustment, and repair works as required.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, proper alignment, and high-quality finishing for all completed works.
• Operate carpentry hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in good working condition.
• Follow company procedures, site regulations, safety standards, and project instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Carpenter, Joinery Carpenter, or Fit-Out Carpenter.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or construction is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Ability to understand basic shop drawings, dimensions, and measurements.
• Good practical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in both workshop and project-site environments.
• UAE or GCC work experience is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
