Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, London
Salary: £39,000 per annum + £5,000 bonus scheme

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a leading housing association, covering social housing properties across Westminster, Kensington, and Chelsea. This is a mobile role focused on reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance works with a primary focus on carpentry
• Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and residents
• Accurately complete all relevant job sheets and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance within social housing
• Strong multi-trade skillset
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
