Job Summary
We are seeking someone skilled and versatile to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. This role involves working on new construction projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including framing, siding, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and cabinetry.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assignments efficiently.
• Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and other hardware with precision.
• Assist with metal stud framing, electrical wiring (where qualified), plumbing rough-ins, and other specialized trades.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Follow detailed instructions from project managers or supervisors for complex tasks involving schematics or technical specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry (including trim and rough framing carpentry).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
